My Thoughts

I've been taking this for two weeks now and I only lost 1 1/2 lbs. This, I suppose, is not the ideal weight you should lose if you would read other reviews. But this is already something to me. I've been struggling to lose weight for the past years and even if I ate less and exercised daily, my weight remained the same. I'm thinking, maybe, my metabolism is too slow that is why I am only losing a few pounds.

I was also surprised that I don't feel hungry often. Now I can skip snacks and I stopped craving for sweets. If I continue to take this, though it may take longer for me, I'm sure I will eventually get to my ideal weight.

Recommendation

If you're looking for a supplement to help curb hunger and shed off the pounds, I recommend this. You just can't take it and let it work on its own. You have to do your part and exercise to see results.
